Join Our Guest Artist Program!
Are you an artist with a passion for sharing your skills? We invite you to be part of our vibrant community at Pikes Peak Artist Collective! While our regular teaching roster is full, we’re excited to introduce an opportunity for talented artists in the Colorado Springs area to lead one-off classes and workshops.

Why Teach With Us?
Our Guest Teacher Program is designed to bring fresh perspectives and unique skills into our studio. By sharing your artistry, you’ll inspire a new generation of creators and connect with fellow artists in a supportive environment.

Getting Involved

-
Submit Your Proposal: Ready to share your knowledge? Fill out our online submission form with a detailed description of your class, including objectives, required materials, and any prerequisites. All proposals will be reviewed for relevance and appeal. If your class aligns with our needs, we’ll reach out to discuss the next steps.
-
Schedule Your Class: Once approved, you can choose from our calendar of available slots. Remember to schedule at least 6 weeks in advance to ensure everything is prepared and promoted.
-
Pre-Class Orientation: Meet with our manager, Amanda, for a walkthrough of the studio. She’ll cover layout, policies, and where to find necessary materials and equipment.
-
Preparing Your Class: Create a lesson plan to guide your students through the class. Providing examples of your work or the expected outcomes will help students envision what they can achieve.
-
Marketing Your Class: We’ll handle marketing through our studio channels to help spread the word. Feel free to promote your class through your own networks to enhance visibility and enrollment.
-
Pricing and Materials: You can suggest a specific fee in your proposal, within our general pricing range. Final pricing will be determined based on our guidelines. You’ll also estimate material costs, and students will pay for materials directly to the studio, which will be passed on to you for procurement.
-
Compensation: Guest instructors will receive a set percentage of the class fees collected from registered students, with payments processed after the class.
-
Additional Information: Ensure all materials and resources are ready on the day of your class. Please note that the studio is not responsible for procuring materials for one-time workshops.
