Mad Hatter Saturday: Handbuilding Clay Teacup & Saucer Set Class

Step into a whimsical world at the Mad Hatter Saturday event in Old Colorado City! Join us on March 29th from 3:00 - 5:00 PM at the Pikes Peak Artist Collective (2708 W Colorado Ave, STE C, Colorado Springs, CO 80904) for a fun 2-hour handbuilding clay class where you’ll create your very own teacup and saucer set—perfect for your next tea party, just like Alice in Wonderland!

During the session, you’ll learn handbuilding techniques to shape your pieces, using your hands and basic tools (no pottery wheels involved!). Afterward, you’ll choose your favorite glaze color.

*Please note, there will be no painting during the class; we’ll handle the firing, glazing, and refiring. In about 4 weeks, we’ll reach out for you to pick up your beautifully finished pieces, ready to use and enjoy!
